Delayed Re-Opening of Library to non-POSTECH Users

Despite the consideration we made to ease restriction on library building access due to COVID-19, the infection has been spreading again, causing social unrest.

Under these circumstances, we decided to delay re-opening of the library to non-POSTECH users, considering user’s safety first. We will be opening the library to all when the situation stabilizes and the library can be safe for everyone.

열람실 조명 점등 시간 조정 안내

코로나19로 인해 도서관 열람실 단축 운영에 따라 조명 점등 시간도 아래와 같이 조정 하오니 이용에 참고하시기 바랍니다.

1. 열람실 운영 시간 조정(한시적)

코로나 19 대응을 위하여 온라인 강의를 시행중인 대학을 지원하기 위하여, 출판사에서 학술자료를 아래와 같이 무상으로 제공하오니 많이 이용하시기 바랍니다

1. Elsevier 대학 전자 교재(Textbook), 257종, 6월 15일까지

COVID-19 바이러스 확산으로 인해 대학들이 개강을 연기하고 또 온라인 강의로 대체하여 수업을 제공하고 있습니다. 이러한 변화된 환경을 지원하기 위하여 JoVE출판사에서 2020년 6월 15일까지 과학기술 분야의 교육용 비디오 콘텐츠를 무료로 제공하오니 많이 이용하시기 바랍니다. JoVE provides free JoVE Education resources to support remote learning initiatives globally.

도서관 폐기도서 배포 안내

박태준학술정보관은 2003년 무은재기념도서관에서 이 곳으로 신축, 이전하여 개관한 지 17년만에 새로운 모습으로 재탄생할 준비를 하고 있습니다. 정보의 이용 행태와 이용자의 변화 요구에   맞춰 도서관 장서와 열람 공간을 효율적으로 운영하기 위해 소장중인 정보가치 및 활용성이 떨어진 도서들을 일부 폐기하기로 결정 하였습니다. 이에 따라 폐기예정 도서를 개인소장 하기를   원하는 대학 구성원들에게 우선 배포하고자 하오니 희망하시는 분은 아래 내용에 따라 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.

      1. 대상도서 : 총 98,249권(단행본 및 연속간행물 리스트 별첨)

      2. 신청방법 : 신청서(별첨 양식) 작성 후 이메일 제출(library@postech.ac.kr)

      3. 기간 : 2020.3.25(수) ~ 5.3(일)

      4. 배포 및 수령

Temporarily Closing of Library Due to Scheduled Interruption of Electric Service

According to scheduled interruption of electric service, caused by power line operation for BOIC (Bio Open Innovation Center) construction, Library will be closed as following.

Restriction of GSR (Group Study Room) Use

Due to severe prevalence of COVID-19, using Group Study Room will be temporarily restricted, for the health and safety of library users.
