2023 Pohang Book of the Year Proclamation Ceremony and Library use during event

"2023 Pohang Book of the Year Proclamation Ceremony" will be held On April 17^th at 2nd floor of the Park Tae-joon Library. As part of the "One Book One Pohang" program, which aims to read a book together and form a consensus in the local community, this event is being held at the POSTECH Library this year to commemorate the opening of the center to the public and to celebrate the cooperation between POSTECH and Pohang City. The book selected as this year's book will be distributed to the attendees after the event. We encourage your participation.

Please note that there may be noise in the library due to the event. We intended to schedule the event after midterm exam period, and we kindly ask for your understanding.

   • Proclamation of the "2023 Pohang One Book of the Year"
   • Distribution of the 2023 Pohang One Book
5. Information for Library users:
   • Please note that there may be noise during the following times:
     • April 16th (Sun) 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for equipment installation and event preparation
     • April 17th (Mon) 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for event rehearsal, main event, equipment removal, and cleanup.
   • The book curation collection 2nd floor will not be available during the event.
   • The 2nd floor circulation desk will be closed on April 17th. Please use the self-checkout machines or visit the academic information resources office at room 214 if unavilable.
6. The "Pohang One Book of the Year" collection will be displayed on the 2nd floor triangular shelves after the event.
