2025 Wiley Open Access Publishing Support Agreement Announcement

 

The Academic Information Resources has entered into an agreement to support the Article Processing Charge (APC) for Wiley Open Access (OA) publications in 2025, aiming to promote the culture of OA publishing and facilitate free knowledge dissemination. The setup for Wiley APC support has been completed as of March, and approvals for support are now available. Please review the following details and submit your application accordingly.

2. Details:

  • Scope of Support: APC funding for articles published in Wiley Hybrid Journals
  1. Number of Supporting Articles: 55
  2. Eligibility: Articles published in Wiley Hybrid Journals that have been accepted on or after January 2025
    • List of eligible journals: [Link]
  3. Support Criteria (First Half of 2025, until June):
    • Limited to journals ranked in the top 25% (Q1) in JCR 2023 edition (by Impact Factor)
    • Support is limited to one article per corresponding author
    • Approval will be granted within the departmental support limit

      First-come, first-served basis within these criteria; restrictions may be lifted depending on the status of fund usage in the second half of the year
