Information on the Malfunction of Off-Campus Access to e-Journals

 

Recently, it had been reported that there are issues on off-campus access to e-journal via Chrome browser. We had been engaged in fixing the issue, and will provide an update once the issue has been resolved.

  1. Incident: Off-campus access to e-resources redirects to the personal information page of the user, when using the recent version of Chrome browser
  2. Period: After Chrome 86 version update
  3. Temporally countermeasure: Use any other browser then Chrome for off-campus access until futher notice.
