Thesis Submission Information
Graduate students who will graduate in August 2024 should submit their theses(Online file and Hardbound) according to the following guidelines.
1. Submission period: Jul. 1, 2024 ~ Jul. 5, 2024

A. dCollection System
| Procedure | Content | How to |
| ① Login Authentication | Login Authentication > Login procedure of submitter(Register only once) > Send verification email > Click 'Authentication URL' > Set password | Login: Fill in POVIS ID/Name /email address |
| ② Online File Submission | Submit Thesis > Click 'Submit Documents' > Input data > Click 'Submit Complete' |
-Administrator approval needed (1 day required) -Upload only PDF file |
| ③ Copyright Agreement | Submit Thesis > Click 'Submission History' > Print out 'Copyright Agreement' and add a signature > Submit to the library | Submit together when submitting hardbound |

- Library 2nd Floor # 214, 9:00 am. - 6:00 pm.(Lunch break 12:00 - 13:00)
